The kiddie pool and hot tubs were fantastic for relaxation after a day of exploring, although some days the room cleaning was a bit inconsistent. Overall, we loved our time here and highly recommend spending some time by the fire pit! 🔥

The location was superb. Just a short walk to great shops and restaurants. The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly, making us feel welcomed right away.

However, our room had an unpleasant damp smell that lingered throughout our stay.

staying at grand was a delight! the location is fantastic, just a block away from shops and restaurants. the heated outdoor pool was a treat, and the king room was immaculate and cozy. the welcoming check-in was a nice touch. really, this place has become our favorite hotel in the area!

We had a blast at the kiddie pool with its zero entry and fun spray jets! Plus, Story Land was an lovely highlight. My five kids loved meeting the fairy tale characters and riding the water slides.

My kids wished for better breakfast options for families, maybe more variety would help make mornings easier. A more kid-friendly dining experience would go a long way.

Wood-fired pizza from Wrapsody N' Greens was a total game changer! The vibe in the area is just unreal, giving us that perfect North Conway flavor. Plus, the pools were a fantastic bonus for winding down after a day of exploring.

We booked for four but only got goodies for two, and the damp smell in our room didn’t win any awards either. Still, you can’t dampen the good times we had overall!

I booked a King Room for our anniversary weekend. Check-in took a bit, but the staff was friendly. We received breakfast vouchers, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious, but the heater was incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep. I appreciated the complimentary flavored water in the lobby that changed daily. The spa was lovely, and we enjoyed a relaxing couples massage. However, the lobby had a mosquito issue that made it uncomfortable at times. The indoor pool felt cold, but the hot tub was great. The surrounding area had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Breakfast buffet wasn’t the best. some options lacked flavor. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few upgrades would make it much better.
