The hotel rooms were clean, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained. the staff was fabulously friendly. the services provided were outstanding. the hotel was located right next to the outlet and within a 15-minute walk to the lake.

Clean place & very welcoming and pleasant staff who was n't there nor was there a duty manager available. Well-stocked and great-sized rooms with 1 medium sized window, jacuzzi plus 2 queen beds, delicious breakfast. Nice decoration in the rooms, great and stunning location.

The setting is fantastic, with Settlers Green Outlet Village nearby. The bed is really comfortable, and the room is well-kept. The staff are super friendly, and breakfast is reasonably priced and delicious.

Staff where curtious and helpful, fast check-in, very diversified breakfast buffet even though priced high ($11.95 but kids eat free, so Ok) Clean place and nice pool side especially for family.

A bit noisy, could easily here people in hall way in the morning. But then again some people don't bother to be quite in the morning.

Extra close to the shopping outlets! Outdoor pool year round!

Lot's of corporate functions were going on during our stay, felt like the hotel gave priorty to them. Took a long time for our room to be cleaned.
